oopsRemidy is in active development. Features may change without notice. By using this app, you acknowledge that bugs may exist.

By using oopsRemidy, you agree to these terms. We keep things simple because we value your peace of mind, but we also value transparency.

1. Service Availability & "As-Is" Clause oopsRemidy is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We rely on third-party services (APNs, FCM) to deliver notifications. We cannot guarantee 100% delivery of notifications. Do not use this app for life-critical medical reminders.
2. User Accounts & Security You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We use industry-standard encryption, but you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the service, spam our API, or use the platform for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules.
4. Data Ownership You own all "Moments" and reflection notes you enter. We claim no intellectual property rights over your personal data.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, oopsRemidy shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from missed reminders or service interruptions.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
